ADDITIONAL DRIVER ED.
CLASSES
Only open to Wake
County Residents or students enrolled in Wake County schools.

Students must be Wake County residents or attend a Wake County
School. They must be between 14 years 6 months and 18 years
old on the day that the class starts. Current enrollment in public, private
or home school is required. Our
classes are for students who have never before taken a North Carolina Driver
Education class and are at no cost to the student. When attending a full day class,
students will need to bring a bag lunch, drink and snack. All students will need to bring a copy of
their birth certificate on the first day and pen/pencil and paper every day. We will advise you if there are other
requirements in a specific class. |

Classes at the public high schools are open to all
age-eligible, public, private and home school students in Wake County, as long as
you have never taken Driver Education before and do not have a NC Learners
Permit. If you cannot find a private or
home school class that meets your needs, you may register for a class at a
public high school.

for any public high school class as long as you meet the eligibility
requirements are you can attend every class at the times listed. The schedule for Winter Break classes at

classroom at a Private Christian School location or at Ravenscroft (other
